Breaking into tech
Become a ViT professional
Be part of our professional database of Venezuelan women and let us help you take the next step in your career! Emplea ViT is designed to connect ViTers with job opportunities, and provide them with career, resume and interview coaching before they apply.
EmpleaViT is our employability program where we provide advice on your professional and vocational development, curriculum design, communication, among other aspects that influence your goal of getting your first, or new job in tech.
To do this, we have divided EmpleaViT into four stages:
1. Professional goals: focused on guiding each ViTer in the following aspects: professional development and vocational guidance.
2. Resume review: focused on reviewing the curriculum of each ViTer that requests it in the following aspects: structure, written communication, opportunities for improvement and suggestions.
3. Interviews: focused on building the speech of the interview with the ViTers, highlighting the differentiating element of their professional profile and enhancing their personal brand.
4. Job opportunities: focused on matching job offers and the ViT community in active job search.
