Mentoring Program
Our program is for women looking to inspire or be inspired. We have a group of talented and passionate women ready to help others achieve their professional goals.
The ViT Mentoring Program provides steps, processes, and tools that guide the process for both mentor and mentee. This way, both participants define together the goals of the mentorship relationship.
Who can participate?
The mentorship program is one of the benefits of being part of the community, and it is a requirement to apply both to be a mentee and mentor. The prerequisites to participate are the same as for joining the community:
To identify as a Venezuelan woman.
Attend the welcome meeting, onboarding, and be active in our Slack channel.
Have interest or experience in technology.
For mentors only: Have a minimum of 3 years of professional work experience.
