For the little chicas. With a focus on inspiring and setting the foundation for future ViTers, this program is designed to introduce girls from 15-18 to different technologies and skills.

Academy Program

No matter where our members are in their careers, we develop programs focused on supporting them in the definition, planning, and achievement of their professional goals, and at the same time, develop the skills demanded in today’s digital world.

The Academy Program has the objective of promoting the development of technical and soft skills that contribute to our members reaching their professional goals. We leverage the rich, and diverse talent present within our community to offer workshops, courses, and sessions on different topics.

Escuelita ViT

Designed for Venezuelan girls between the ages of 15-18, this program is focused on teaching technical skills and tools that inspire them to find what their passionate about, and prepare them to venture into the job market while they pursue their university studies.

Our curriculum includes the following areas:
